In providing this service to you, On The Move are required to disclose some of your information to the utility companies for the purpose of completing the connections and/or disconnections. In turn, we will provide you with all companies we use along with all relevant information regarding your connections.
All third parties to whom we disclose your information are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as well as the Privacy Act 1988 and we will not release your personal information to any other third party unless instructed by yourself or required to do so under law or government order.
Term & Conditions
OTM will endeavour to process your application with your chosen retailer within 1 day. You will receive an email when this has occurred - please make sure that the information provided in that email is accurate.
OTM provides a free utility connection service and in return receives commission from your chosen utility provider.
OTM does not warrant or claim that the retailer's displayed are the cheapest or whether they are the retailer best suited for your needs.
On The Move is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles as stated in our Privacy Policy.
By completing the sign up process and consenting to the offers provided, you are permitting OTM to pass on your details to your chosen suppliers for the purpose of supplying you with the selected utility.
