Applying to connect your utility or other relocation services with On the Move is easy and can be done in any of these ways-

• Simply click on the on-line application button below and complete the application details on-line.  Your information will be entered into our system automatically. 

• Download and print the application form by clicking on the button below, fill in your information, sign the form and fax it back to us on 1300 850 360.

• If you don't have access to a printer, you can pick up one of our application forms from your local Real Estate Agent, or contact us directly on 1300 850 360.

• You can also apply over the phone on 1300 850 360.  Our operators can take your call from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
